💭 It started with the founder's idea

The founder wanted to increase the no. of podcast created & brought this idea to bring AI on the creation process to make it fun & easy.

There were 2 reasons why-

🧐 Then I started to find user problems

I wanted to spend the first week to conduct user interviews to find what creators needed help with the most, but there wasn't any budget so…

The founder wanted to increase the no. of podcast created & brought this idea to bring AI on the creation process to make it fun & easy, as-

1) Worked with the marketing team to send surveys

We used in app popups and email campaigns to send surveys to users who recently created their podcasts, this helped in getting new user insights, I also talked to people in my life who tried to create podcasts

2) Worked with the support team to find tickets

I went through all the user tickets we had received on the creation process, this helped in getting insights from experienced creators

🤕 I discovered what creators were feeling

✧ 85% users wanted help throughout the process

✧ Most users didn't complete the process in one go

✧ 65% users wanted help in marketing their podcast

✧ Users were not able to find or understand the migration process.

✧ 78% of users didn't complete the creation process in one go.

Then followed a-lot of brainstorming, meetings & finding inspiration
