Eliminating bundles - When the project first started I wanted to eliminate the part of choosing ‘day pass bundle’. After discussions with WeWork teams, I understood that bundles generate the highest profit, hence I kept bundles in the products toggle.

Removing Step 1 (city selection) - I wanted to change step 1 where a user selects their city into a popup. But the WeWork team didn't want to change it as they wanted that page for SEO purposes. Since this was only a four-week sprint, I didn't have the time to be stuck on this step, so I told them to run A/B tests specifically for this.
